Hepsia's File Manager will let you handle the content of your website using simple point-and-click maneuvers. Right-click context menus offer fast access to various file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop PC in no time. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and extract files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The integrated drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to effortlessly transfer files between your computer and the server. Simply select the file that you want to upload from your PC and then drag it into your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your computer by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you can create a new file or folder with just a mouse click. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, preview the contents of a file or edit its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to archive and unpack all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - just select the files you want to archive and push the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a specified folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager interface, you actually do not need any external pieces of software in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up on your web site. Plus, you will find a set of in-built file editors, which will give you absolute authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more knowledgeable users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
