Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you full command over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
