Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the electronic mail account you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
